Needed an emergency visit received an appointment immediately staff was professional and friendly and Dr Kim was fantastic. She was very informative and sensitive to the situation I was taken care of and on my way in no time. Very grateful for this office
I called here as a new patient with tooth sensitivity… They got me in SAME day.. not only addressed the initial concern, but fit me in for a full new patient consultation, cleaning, X-rays, gum measurements etc. I got the works! Insurance covered 100% and they navigated that process for me. Office is great tvs on walks/celling .. this place rules!
They were able to get me into an emergency appointment last minute and took care of me with such grace. The front desk ladies were so kind. Dr. Annone is absolutely phenomenal. She had the best solutions and care for my tooth problem, given that I happen to be 9 months pregnant at the time! I would recommend everyone to Concord Dental.

Outstanding experience!!!. I will be going back in future. I drove 67 miles one way to get there and it was well worth it. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. But stayed calm relaxed thru whole procedure. All the staff where friendly and down to earth. Concord dental was able to book me an appointment the very next day. They sent a link to my phone so that I could complete all the paperwork electronically, so when I arrived everything was ready for my exam. I was greeted with a warm smile the moment I walked in. The staff is very polite and treat you like you are apart of the family rather than just another patient walking through the door. My experience was so spectacular that I didn’t even THINK about the fact that they were pulling a whole tooth out of my mouth. I Will be staying with concord dental for all of my dental needs. -Izzy

I searched for somewhere to take my insurance. Which was a challenge in itself but I had a sever facial injury that damaged my teeth. I was worried about someone being able to accommodate my discomfort. They got me in to see a dentist within a week and were very understanding and gentle with me. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Worth the drive for me.
I used to be petrified of the dentist! Anything about the dentist gave me the worst anxiety. If you feel the same way I did this dentist office is the office for you! I’ve never experienced the most friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism in my entire life. From the front desk staff Sophia and Jenny and the Dental assistants to the Doctor herself are ALL AMAZING. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office since I’ve experienced this practice. My financial situation wasn’t always the best and this practice goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I can’t thank this practice enough for everything they have done. Top Notch practice! You feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door.Very kind assistant is at the desk to greet you. My Dental Hygenist is very warm and friendly and does an excellent and thorough job at my cleanings. Dr. Uberti is first class! They both took time to explain my treatment plan, options and answered all questions. They also assisted me with an upcoming procedure i will be having. Most importantly… made me feel like a “valued” patient. Shout out to Jenny who is extremely helpful with all medical billing & insurance questions. Not to mention her genuine kindness and her promptness with returning calls and scheduling appointments. Their office decor is modern and not like the many outdated dentist’s offices lol. If you are prone to have anxiety or fear of the dentist, this is the dental practice for you. They have designated sedation days and even have tv’s on the ceiling’s in patient rooms to watch during your cleaning/visit. I have recommended this office to my family, friends and colleagues. Great the staff is nice but one employee is heavy handed on the cleaning. But she got me right😁. They will kick you off the list if your late twice. Don't get there pass the grace period! There amazing!!💓💖🥰

This is based on my initial interaction with the staff and my fist visit. The staff is amazing! Very kind from the first time I called to make an appt to the actual work being done on my teeth. Receptionist is amazing!!!... I needed an earlier appt from the initial appointment made and was told they would call me if something opened up. You hear this all the time, but to my surprise, I not only got a call twice but a text to back it up. They make you feel comfortable and the staff was smiling the moment I walked in. They tried to keep the pain to a minimum during my procedure and gave me the ability to pause at any time. There is a TV mounted on the ceiling for you to watch while you're having your procedure completed. Very nice touch! My older son made an appointment immediately after and my wife will be doing the same soon. Good job to the staff at Concord Dental!

Today was my first visit to this office. My first impression & experience went well! Nice greeting from the receptionists!👍🏽Very clean, spacious & welcoming facility! At immediate entry way there’s a self serve coffee station.👌🏽It was a bit chilly due to AC & the assistant put a blanket over me & gave me a remote for TV & assured me that the Dentist would be available shortly & then asked if I needed anything else.👌🏽Dr. Lisa Umberi has a gentle & welcoming disposition. Humble! She was very attentive to my concerns & accommodating to handle my dental issue the same day but I couldn’t stay. She prescribed Amoxicillin to remedy my infection for 10 days & rescheduled me to return after 10 days.All staff members were smiling & friendly! I highly recommend Concord Dental! ☺️
Concord Dental was a life saver. I was looking for a dentist who would give me an emergency appointment. After calling 3 others, Concord Dental was able to get me in the next day. The experience was quick & seamless. The office is clean & customer service was great. I highly recommend them. 😊
I brought my oldest daughter here for her wisdom teeth, and a couple of cavities she needs filled. They are really great! They did an amazing job! She’s not crying in agonizing pain now. They are very friendly and understanding, the environment is welcoming. There’s a little play area for children and a coffee station for the adults. The staff is so friendly and they do a great job scheduling appointments and letting you know how the adult Medicaid works, I wasn’t aware how the payments worked but she explained everything perfectly. It’s such a clean and comfortable environment, nice and cool to keep the germs away. I really enjoyed the experience here, as opposed to other dental offices I have been to in the past, this one made us feel at home and welcome! The dentist did such a great job making sure my baby wasn’t going to be in anymore pain, and she assured us that if she was still hurting after the weekend to call and she would get her right back in there to take care of the wisdom teeth right away. Overall 10/10 I liked the experience so much that I scheduled my other 3 younger children an appointment as well!! They really take good care of you here! They care about their patients as a person and they’re compassionate! That’s hard to find in a dentist or doctor now days! Thank you Concord Dental!!! See you soon!!!😄

Dr. Annone. I had a wonderful experience with Concord Dental especially with you and the Dental Assistant who worked with me. I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she treated me with caring and respect as did you also. I have been working for two years to get my teeth pulled and honestly after seeing a dentist in February to have my bottom teeth pulled he hurt me so much I was terrified to get the top done. My daughter encouraged me to see you and sang your praises and convinced me to see you. I am so happy with everything. I awoke this morning for the first time in two years without any pain in my mouth. Thank you so much for taking the rest of my teeth out yesterday. I think you could see how much pain and discomfort they were causing me. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you again for being so wonderful and caring and thank you to your assistant as well.

It was my 1st visit to a dentist in a few years due to having a bad experience and no medical well I found concord dental and I must say I absolutely love the dentist name Lisa she was so gentle and made me feel at ease also the hygienist was also amazing. If your looking for a caring dentist look no further concord dental is the place to be and it's also child friendly they having alittle toy area in waiting room also free coffee to get you moving in the morning.
I am petrified of the dentist. My old dentist I had since I was 16 I'm 47. The girl at the front desk was so inviting and sweet. The tech and my dentist I had were both wonderful ladies.. They made me feel relaxed and calm and went out of their way to explain exactly what they were doing before they were doing it. If you have a fear like I do I highly recommend them I am definitely glad that they were recommended to me. hoping to stay for as long as possible.
Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are very nice and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I don’t dread going like I typically would going to the dentist. Easily a 5 star establishment
I got 3 teeth pulled today the staff was so nice. My Doctor was knowledgeable and she set my mind at ease. The procedure was as effortless as three extractions can be. The only not so positive thing is now I'm in a lot of pain I was not giving any medication not even antibiotic I've never known getting an extraction without at least an antibiotic. I definitely still would recommend Concord Dental.

I always have a great experience at this office and today was no exception. My little one had a dental emergency and Autumn was above and beyond amazing. She helped my daughter feel calm and safe through the whole process. Amazing group of people.

Dr. Uberti was beyond excellent. She knew my dental anxiety and make sure I was very comfortable. The dental assistant was pleasant. She knew my fears as well held my hand and made sure I was token care of. I will be bringing my white family here.

This was my second time going. the first time back in March there was an issue with my appointment, the office person told me the wrong time so I had to wait a long time but they gave me some gift cards for the error. This time there was no issues and no wait. Both times Ashley and Caitlyn who cleaned my teeth were awesome. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. They also don't try to sell you procedures you don't need, which I have had some dentists do before. So they are ethical and that makes me trust them.
I knew from the moment I parked I was gonna love this place…why? CAUSE THE PARKING LOT HAS TREES and lots of them. I don’t know about anyone else but, those trees make a HUGE difference when it’s 90degrees and your car is sitting in the sun for an hr….When you step foot in the door the cleanliness is immaculate. I felt very welcomed the staff is amazing (THANK YOU FOR THE HEATER 😂)The paperwork was interesting…so you fill out the paper per usual but the last paper was what made me feel like they care about you, it was about them getting to know you!!! NEVER have I ever gone to a Dr office and they have paper work dedicated to knowing their patients likes. That was awesome to me. I will definitely be telling my friends about Concord Dentistry. You all are amazing!

Dr. Uberti is fantastic. Competent, friendly & patient-focused. Doesn’t rush - spends time with you to explain her findings & answer your questions. She ensures that you are numb & will stop if you signal you’re having a problem. Her office efficiently schedules appointments. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby or in the chair.
I’ve been looking for a new dentist office and it’s been really hard trying to find a decent one with GOOD staff.. Well, Concord Dental was the absolute best!! I found a great dentist office when I found them! My dental assistant Ashley & my dentist Lisa Uberti was GREAT!! They both made me feel comfortable and had great communication and upbeat attitudes!! I’m big on comfortable environments and Concord Dental gave me a comfortable and great experience!!!

Very clean and organized I did feel relaxed and comfortable. The only thing I wish improved, is that they wouldn't make you come back just for a filling. I could see and definitely understand major dental work needing to be rescheduled but not just for one filling. Other than that I would recommend.

My son needed to be put to sleep to get about 7 cavities filled. The staff was very professional, and took very good care of my son. Although we sat in the waiting room a long time,, it was worth it.

This was my first extraction and I was nervous as heck. I’m scared of needles is the main concern and the thought of a tooth being yanked from my mouth is nerve wrecking. Dr. Annone was WONDERFUL!!! And her assistant was great as well. They made me so comfortable and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Here it is the next day my mouth is not in any pain what so ever.

I have been going to the same dentist for most of my life, but I switched because Concord Dental offers a Smiles Membership Program and since my employer doesn't offer dental coverage, this program was perfect. Had my first appointment today and I have to say, the team at the Concord office not only did an amazing job but made it feel like I have been a patient there forever.
